Stella Cadente shipping rates are for continental US only. For international orders, please contact us to request information about an International order.

 

Tracking Your Order

If you do not see an order status with your account or email confirmation, please provide your email address, Stella Cadente will send a confirmation of your order when it is shipped with the tracking number.

Return Policy

Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Stella Cadente. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our location. If we made an error on your order or an item is found defective, please call us at (800) 305-1288 weekdays 8-4 local time. For the quickest service, please follow these instructions:

 

Stella Cadente  will refund purchased product purchased at Stella Cadente if returned in good condition within 30 days after purchase. Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and in presentable condition for resale. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Stella Cadente product back to the manufacturer.

 

Broken or Defective Parts

Stella Cadente will repair or replace, at its discretion, any broken or defective parts for one year from date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Stella Cadente product back to the manufacturer.

  • We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Stella Cadente  will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
  • Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.
  • Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.
  • If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.
